For most of my life I moved against my own rhythm — striving, pushing, never quite arriving. Then the moon taught me to pause. To listen. To trust the tide within me.
Now I help women like you remember what the modern world made us forget: that we are cyclical beings, not machines. And that our sensitivity, our depth, our darkness — these are sacred gifts.
I spent my twenties chasing productivity, pushing past exhaustion, ignoring the quiet signals my body sent. I thought rest was weakness. I thought softness was a flaw. Anxiety became my default state.
The turning point came during a new moon in Scorpio. I was sitting in my dark kitchen at 2am, depleted and lost — when I found a dusty book on lunar cycles. Something inside me recognised itself on those pages.
Over the following months, I began aligning my work, rest, creativity, and emotional processing with the moon’s natural rhythm. The anxiety softened. The creativity returned. I finally felt like I was living in my own body, not at war with it.
I trained in intuitive coaching, somatic healing, and lunar astrology — and in 2020 I founded Lunara Soul Studio to bring this medicine to women everywhere.
When we stop fighting our natural rhythms and start working with them, everything — our creativity, clarity, and relationships — begins to flower.
The world told us to toughen up. I believe our sensitivity is a form of intelligence — a compass to our deepest truth, not a weakness to hide.
Just as seeds germinate underground, our richest growth often emerges from the phases we're most afraid to enter — the dark moon within.
Real transformation doesn't require force. It asks for presence, patience, and the courage to be tender with yourself.
